Dimitri Collins
With two decades of distinguished service as a law enforcement executive and extensive military experience, DiMitri Collins is a force in leadership development. She holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University. DiMitri’s career is marked by her roles in training and development as the Training Unit Commander for Camden County Department of Corrections, and her work with the NJ Officer Resiliency Program as a Master Resiliency Trainer.

Having proudly served her country with the NJ Army National Guard, DiMitri's experience spans across two deployments to Iraq. She led financial management operations and served as Physical Fitness NCOIC, ultimately honorably concluding her military career as a Staff Sergeant.

As a thought leader, DiMitri shares her insights through public speaking, consulting, and her books, Transitioning into Leadership: The Blueprint and Becoming a Resilient Leader. Her passion is simple yet profound: to empower leaders at every stage to face their challenges with confidence and clarity, whether in law enforcement, the corporate world, or beyond. She believes that resilience is the foundation of authentic leadership, and through her consulting company, Transition into Leadership Foundation, LLC, DiMitri equips others with the skills to lead effectively through adversity.
